I'm not sure they are the right choice and effective for me. However, I will finish the bottle as I do notice small changes weekly.

I’m suppose to take a B-12 supplement daily and normally use the liquid drops so this was different for me. I was nervous that the flavor would be awful and texture chalky but it was not and has a berry flavor. It dissolves quickly. I will consider this brand from now on.

The bottle is secure so I don’t have to worry about if there has been any tampering or if anything could’ve gotten inside. I normally have issues with swallowing pills, but have not experienced any issues. The taste is pleasant enough and allows for me to easily get the pill down

They dissolve easily in your mouth or under your tongue. The flavor is great and tastes like berries. Not much aftertaste like other vitamins. You get a lot of them too! Definitely worth it in my opinion!
