In terms of the flavor, I didn't taste anything or noticeable beet flavor. I don't think it's something worthwhile to purchase in my opinion, but I think for the price you can try it. Standard packaging and good value. Overall, seems like a harmless product and ingredients.

It has vitamin c , niacin and b-12. It is also gluten free and non-gmo. The beet root is cheaper than having to buy the other supplements seperate.

As someone who regularly exercises and is always looking for natural ways to enhance performance and recovery, I was excited to try these capsules. Performance Enhancement: The most noticeable benefit for me has been the boost in energy and endurance during workouts. I find that I can push through longer sessions without feeling as fatigued. The improved blood flow, thanks to the nitric oxide boost, seems to be giving my muscles the oxygen they need to keep going. Recovery: Post-workout recovery has also improved. I experience less muscle soreness, and I feel like I’m bouncing back quicker after intense sessions. This has allowed me to train more consistently without the usual downtime

I did use them before my workouts as recommended. I think they did give me a bit of energy but nothing like an actual pre-workout. Being in pill form is very convenient to keep in your gym bag and pop just a half hour before the gym. I think maybe if the suggested dose was more than 1 capsule it may have worked better.

I did have my mom try them for me and they worked for her. She felt rejuvenated, and energized for her runs. Super cheap, do not taste like anything, packaging is huge for a small amount of pills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried a beet root supplement but I am loving this Natures Truth Beet Root pre workout. I received this item complimentary for review. It was super easy to add this to my supplement routine already in place. They are easy to take and don’t have a weird aftertaste. They don’t bother my stomach either. Easy to swallow, they aren’t super big. Comes in a tinted bottle to maintain the integrity of the supplement. I just take one 30 or minutes before my workout and I’m feeling great.

I can not claim whether it can be used to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases. I did not notice much of a difference during the time I took it . I hate to give it only 2 stars but I did not feel any changes in my mood or physical well-being. I will say that I had absolutely no side effects while taking this and the pills are small and very easy to swallow. I will definitely continue to take this and update my review if any changes are noticed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super happy I got to try these Nitrix Ocide Max Beet Root capsules supplement from Nature’s Truth! The bottle has a flip top, which is very convenient as opposed to most where you have to screw the cap off. The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow. Plus a serving size is only 1 capsule and you can take it up to twice a day - preferably before a workout - so it is at least a 30 day supply, but can be stretched out longer depending on how often you take the capsules / workout. I like that this supplement is non-GMO, gluten free and vegan too. And in addition to the Nitric Oxide Precursor Fuel Blend, the capsules contain Vitamin C, Niacin, & Vitamin B-12 as well as Black Pepper extract. I’ll continue to take these as a supplement before my gym workouts and running.
