I feel that this supplement might be more beneficial during the holiday season when we end up eating bigger meals that are higher in fat and sugar.

I would like it better if it were a smaller pill even if that meant taking two pills instead of one to get the full 500 milligrams.

The tablets are small enough to go down easily and they do not leave any sort of aftertaste. I love that these are gluten-free and vegetarian. I will continue to use these moving forward.

I got to say, for myself I feel great on them. I know there’s many benefits to taking them. They may work differently for others. They are easy to swallow because they are capsules. My stomach didn’t get upset from them either. They are gluten free and non-gmo. For those who may want to know the ingredients,( Rice Powder, Vegetarian Capsule, Vegetable Magnesium Sarate, Silica) it’s not much compared to similar products out there.
