I absolutely love that these are in pill form and I can take them super easily!! I had no idea these existed and would definitely purchase again

These are great if you don't want a sports drink or a "flavor enhancer." I tried these on two different occasions, first being after a nice long workout. These were pretty effective in my making me feel hydrated quicker. I also tried these after a morning of drinking coffee and no plain water yet to help me hydrate better after all that caffeine. I liked the result here too. Now you have to still drink water and take three of these at once but, your body will feel replenished quicker after taking these. I really like the concept of these. 👍

I am not sure what I could have felt, however, there was no change in the way I felt while taking these. Therefore, I will not be adding them to my daily routine.

The only setback I saw was the fact that we had to take three pills at once and they were pretty large other than that it was really good and I felt like it helped me, thank you Influenster.
