I often buy myself vitamins from this brand, but in tablets. This is my first time trying liquid vitamins. I understand that vitamins are absorbed faster in liquid form, but the taste is really not for everyone. Also, one package is made for only 16 servings, and this is very little to feel any changes. Next time I'll buy it in tablets

Works well Good quality. I am a bariatric patient so I have to take liquid. pill format causes stomach distress this was recommended this product from my endocrinologist. I am very satisfied and was glad to find this product at a reasonable cost on this website.

If you're tired of gagging down calcium tablets try this drink. It is very good it doesn't taste thick or unpleasant it has a citrusy orange flavor and it's actually very good. Goes down easily and it is Pleasant to drink. I'm sure it's just as good as any calcium supplements so I'm not testifying to the fact that it's better than anything else but I'm sure it will work as well.

Since I can't swallow pills well, this is a great alternative. I also like that I can proportion my dose to a lower dose which you can't do with pills or gummies.

Initially, we were kinda not wanting to try it because of the way it looks, make sure you shake it well and taste it if you are like us. It tastes so delicious that you will not mind the oily milk appearance. We love the products and ingredients.

Who wants to take 2 pills when this pill has both Calcium AND Vitamin D? I also tend to have a hard time taking larger pills, and although this pill isn't as large as some vitamins that I've had to take, it really helps that the coating on this particular brand, is smooth. So, it goes down VERY easily! You just can't beat that! I will ABSOLUTELY buy this brand/product over and over again!

However the taste of this is not the greatest. It’s supposed to have an orange flavor but the powder taste is not good at all. I’ve drank it straight as the liquid and have not mixed it with water but I think that will be a great way to try this product as it is it’s not the best tasting

It contains a low dose (1,000 IU) and I would have to take multiple dosages to get the recommended IU from my doctor. This would be fine for your average person just needing a little boost but not those medically lacking in calcium or D3.

Ingredients are a bit vague and I wasn’t able to get clarification on the exact ingredients used in the “fruit and vegetable blend color”. Because of that my husband tested for me. He said the taste was chalky but he was able to take the dose straight without mixing in water or juice as is an option in the package recommendations. He said he wouldn’t mind taking this on a daily basis despite the chalkiness.

I think that the liquid form is more readily and easily absorbed, so this was an easy way to get some calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium. It’s easy enough to measure out the dosage and have it followed by a sip of water or juice. I’m not sure to say how effective this has been without having bloodwork to check, but I’m assuming this is helping. I would recommend if you need a supplement and like taking liquid supplements.

I've heard and seen that magnesium helps in having good sleeping habits, so I was excited to try this out. It has a milky, frothy orange consistency. Easy to drink, but it does leave an after taste. It tastes like orange mixed with medicine flavor. It lasted like 2 weeks so i went and bought it to see if I would see a major difference. So far, not much. I did notice that I do tend to go to sleep quicker than before, so maybe it does help.

I think I would rather just swallow a pill because I disliked the flavor. Also, there aren’t many doses in here, so you would have to purchase this often if you wanted to use it regularly. I think if you have a problem swallowing pills, this could be a possible solution.
