This was a game changer for me. Good flavor, easy on my stomachs (s/p bypass surgery). Made to be specifically easily asorbed. My energy level went up and I just feel better. Would recommend giving it a try.

The smell was strong but it wasn’t too bad of a smell. It’s nice knowing I had extra iron added into my daily diet.

After getting the okay, the nutrients is there, the product is effective . It taste like liquid medicine but without that sharp taste . Bearable and can be mixed .

After taking it for awhile I can conclude that I like the berry flavor, and It doesn’t have a medicinal taste either. It helped me feel less tired in the morning but I’m not sure if it helped with my iron levels as I did not get any blood work to check its strength. I’ll be buying this again after I finish!

It’s essentially like drinking a sip of berry water. It’s easy to take whatever quantity you need for your body, which makes it a great way to get more iron on a daily basis.

Iron supplements tend to be really hard on my stomach and I was a bit concerned about this one being liquid. I’m able to tolerate but certainly always after the largest meal of the day. Good flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Nature's Way Liquid Iron for a couple weeks now and so far I've noticed a boost in my energy levels since I started. I didn't have any stomach issues at all with this but it will make your stool dark at first. As far as the taste goes, it's not horrible in my opinion but some people may not like it. It's pretty sweet with a berry flavor that's almost like medicine. I don't know if it's helping my iron levels but I've enjoyed taking it everyday. I just add it to a cup of water and drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. My only real issue with this product is that it contains sodium benzoate which shouldn't be combined with vitamin c but iron is supposed to be better absorbed with vitamin c. Other than that it's a fantastic product and I'd like to continue buying this.

I'm typically tired from the time I wake up until I go to sleep again, but since taking this every morning, I have a lot more energy throughout the day and can even get through an hour workout after work! The taste isn't great, but it's tolerable, and I love that it's liquid because I gave trouble swallowing pills. So liquid for the win! The look of the bottle is cute but simple, the purple pops. I recognize most of the ingredients in this supplement, and they don't seem to be too bad. Overall, I'm impressed and will continue to use this.

I found this to be a decent product. The taste is not great, but not as bad as some liquid iron supplements. It’s easy on the stomach and so far has not caused any digestive issues like constipation or bloating. I like the price point as most liquid irons are very expensive

Fortunately, I received one bottle from Influenster and was glad about that. Although I know the supplements won’t help with symptoms all that much if the hemoglobin is low, I hope it will improve my hemoglobin to a certain level. Because it's a liquid type, I believe that it will absorb to my body easier and faster. Still waiting for the result because I just tried it 2 times. Hope it works.

I received Natures Way liquid iron optimize levels 18 mg per serving. In the berry flavor. It is sweet, really sweet. The first time I tried it, I tried the recommended serving. It gave me a bit of a stomach ache. I waited a day or two and and then started taking only a little bit and that seemed to go better. I’m getting used to it. Liquid iron supplements can taste quite bad so I would say that this is a good option if you want the benefits of the liquid in something that doesn’t taste so bad. I recently tried a Strawberry flavor of a different brand and it was absolutely awful and I could hardly swallow it without getting nauseous. This was a much better option even with as sweet as it is.

I didn't have any side effects that are normal when starting an iron supplement. I like how it's a liquid supplement which makes it easy to take on a daily basis.
