Really love the pigment and the hydration and softness it gives. A tip to the other users: put it in between your thighs, under your leg, or hold it in your fist for a minute or two. The body heat will warm up the product, and it'll come out easy peasy!

The balm is great when you can get it out of the packaging. There are serious flaws where you squeeze as hard as you can and nothing comes out, even with brand new ones. Please fix this issue- I’d love to enjoy the product but there’s no way to do so.

This is my favorite lip balm. It is moisturizing, so it doesn’t dry out my lips like some glosses. The colors are great too. Camellia is the perfect pink and Petal is a pretty coral color. They are great to add some shine over a lip liner or crayon.

The actual balm is great but this applicator is terrible. Balm alone I would give it 4.5 stars. Its super nourishing and beautifu colors. I wish it was more liquidy. It's hard to squeeze up to the top. I would love to see a twist and wand.

The worst lip product I've ever tried! The formula is EXTREMELY thick and it's barely possible, if at all, to get the product out of the tube! Injured my finger trying to squeeze the product out. It doesn't really melt and feels highly unpleasant on the lips.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I bought the clear balm thinking it would be akin to Laneige with a bit more staying power… I was wrong. This is the grossest, thickest, stickiest consistency. Like a 2001 mall kiosk lip gloss. YUCK.

I purchased in the winter and was so hard to get any of the lip balm to come out no matter how hard I pushed. This is because the coconut oil turns solid when its colder. By the time is started to warm up outside and could get some out, the oils have started to turn rancid! So throwing out even tho didn't get to use very much. Do not buy this balm unless buying in the summer and using up right away. IF in the fall or winter - yikes!

The formula was fine, but like many others have said, getting it out of the tube was weirdly difficult. I felt like I was going to make the tube explode with how hard I had to squeeze. Definitely not easy to apply. Either change the packaging for these ones or the formula and I’ll try it again.

i’ve tried and enjoyed a lot of naturium’s skin and body products. however this was a massive disappointment. they desperately need to work on R&D and packaging engineering for their lip balm. i purchased clear and petal. there is no pigment coming out of my petal lip balm. out of 6 squeezes on 1 was able to dispense some measly amount of pigment and it wasn’t even mixed in well. the clear is so thick that it’s barely coming out. can’t comprehend why it’s a completely different consistency than petal when it’s the same product. the texture is like a super thick vaseline. do not purchase it’s a waste of money.
