I had super high hopes but unfortunately i hated this product :( it’s superrrr thick and sticky and mine had hard grainy clumps in it?? i had just opened it brand new so that was off putting.

I love this lip balm. I’ve always had trouble shopping for lip product with color as they always make my lips peel and pill on my skin. This is one of the only ones that does not. My only complaint is the packaging, as you can see from the rest of the comments. I will say that there is a lot more product than a lot of reviews are leading people on to believe. Sometimes it just gets stuck in the tube and you have to roll it like a toothpaste tube, or heat it up with your hands. Sucks, but not a deal breaker for me.

Love this lip balm! I love the creamy, luscious texture and how easy it goes on the lips. The applicator is perfectly shaped to allow for the most even application w/o wasting product. Lips are moisturized and hydrated for hours, and lips feel overall more plump and healthy. I really like the lightly glossy, shimmery finish of the balm, perfect for everyday but not too over the top.

I saw an influencer on IG talk about theee lip glosses so I figured I’d give a few of them a try. The item is mostly air and not worth the price point in my opinion. I thought they would have more of a taste and color and they kinda don’t. There are more expensive brands out there that are better and I was hoping this product would be a dupe to those. Sadly, it was not

I love the product but they should put more product in the tube. It’s moisturizing and give a nice tint to my lips. For the price, they should definitely have more product in there. Would give 5 stars if they actually filled the tube.

I purchased this gloss in petal I read the reviews and wasn’t sure how I was going to like the applicator which isn’t an issue for me at all so I’m glad that I purchased. I purchased a second color Latte and it’s just clear on my lips shows no color, I won’t repurchase that color but I’ll use it till it’s gone. I can wear it clear or put it over another color, but I’ll definitely repurchase petal. I use mac clear lipgloss on top and my lips are insanely shiny which I love

No matter how hard you squeeze and manipulate these, the product WILL NOT come out! I bought 2 colors and both have this issue. I squeezed one so hard, it started oozing out of the top seam and not the lip applicator!!!!!

Nice and moisturizing but echoing all the other reviews the packaging/applicator is abysmal. Extremely difficult to get the product out of the tube. Get rid of the metal applicator and it would probably come out easier. I have both latte and petal and both are light/not terribly opaque.

1. the product itself isn't that terrible, its a very thick gloss 2. the tube is hard to squeeze, meaning you have to really squeeze to get the balm out 3. it already feels like i've run out and i've been using it daily for a bit more than a week

Unless it’s been in my pocket getting warm, it’s very hard to squeeze out of the tube, and I have very strong hands. It’s also that kind of glossy bomb that one’s hair sticks to so that part is a little annoying, also. It’s a very light color and that’s nice, but I would never buy it again.

Not really my color but still wearing it for the pretty shine and feel. Compared to Laneige, it has the same look, slightly less moisturizing but still does a great job. It feels like more of a gloss than a lip care product imo. Tube has to be warm to come out easily. Keeping it in my pocket or sitting on it for a minute is usually enough. I was scared reading the reviews but as a Laneige lover, I reccomend this :)

The tube inflated after the first use and the product would not come out. I would say it’s the cold weather in Utah but not even my Tower 28 lip softies did that. I tried to squeeze it out every which way and it would barely bend or come out. Got two “good” uses from it. Pretty color but the absolute worst.

I had to squeeze so hard to get the balm out the seam broke and it came shooting out the other side, still none came out of the applicator. I put it between Really unfourtante because for the little I was able to get out I really liked it.

If you like/need a thick, cushiony balm, this is for you. Like other reviewers mentioned, you have to give it a good squeeze to get it out of the tube but that doesn't bother me. I've tried soooo many lip products and this hits at the top of my list espeically for this price point. I put it on and my lips felt moisturized for hours after, even after eating and drinking. Will purchase again for sure and try various shades!

Honestly what it lacks in packaging it makes up for in formula. It keeps my lips moisturized for several hours and I like the color! Like most people say, it is quite hard to squeeze, but not impossible. I hope that they revamp the packing soon though.

The product itself is nice, but the packaging is a disaster. The tube is hard to squeeze and the product doesn’t come out from the applicator. The product came out from the bottom of the packaging and all product went wasted.
