This did absolutely nothing to help my sinuses. I’m upset that I wasted money on this.

Effectiveness in relieving sinus congestion! Its convenient size makes it easy to store, which I appreciate.

Works amazing when congested. When I’m extra stuffed up, this isn’t a miracle worker, but does help loosen things up there. I also use this before bed when I have sinus pressure, but can still breathe out of my nose. It helps reduce the coughing at night due to nasal drip. Make sure you squeeze slowly or it’ll cause uncomfortable pressure in your ears.

I love this sinus rinse. I've been using it on and off for years. It moisturises and flushes out mucus from your nose. Last week I used it and then took a steamy shower. A lot of green mucus came out finally relieving the pain and pressure I had been feeling for a couple of days.

This is the only thing that works for me. I used a few different types of medicines to help me with my septum deviation and allergies and Neil Med has been doing the best job for my problem. I loved it ! I uses two packets at morning and two more at night

Helps relieve sinus pressure.

I started suffering from severe allergies the past couple of years. The allergy meds I take daily help me to feel 75% normal most days. Combined with the Neilmed, I’m basically at 90-95% normal. It takes some getting used to. I had a hard time the first few times, but now it’s just part my daily shower routine and it’s not uncomfortable to use at all. I previously had a lot of swelling in my sinuses and a swollen turbinate which prevented me from breathing through one nostril. This definitely helped things get back to close to normal. For mild allergies, I’d consider using just this and no allergy meds first.

I absolutely LOVE this. My sinuses were so bad until I got me one of these. I breathe better and as a welder it’s much needed! So easy, sanitary, and I love how simple it is.

I follow instructions to sanitize the bottle and it sparked in the microwave. I had a near miss!

Seasonal allergies to tree & grass pollen started earlier (Feb 2024) than usual month of April. I have been taking allergy & cold medicines to alleviate any running nose or nasal congestion. All temporary relief. NeilMed's Sinus Relief has reduce or eliminate the need to take any pills. This product does suggest not using TAP WATER so I used reverse osmosis water. It does take up to two or three days of flushing nasal passages to clean out any buildup or buried particles. No need to squeeze the bottle too hard or water may end up in the ears or throat. Be gentle to find the correct pressure points. Important to rinse or clean bottle and nasal applicator after each use. NOTE: I am very sensitive to tree & grass pollens and this was welcome relief. No longer taking any pills. Initially used every four hours (if possible) for first two days, then slowly reduce usage to once or twice in the morning and once or twice in the evening. It is recommended to wait one hour after use before going to bed. There may be residual water in the nasal passages that slowly drains through nostril or into the throat. Hope this works for you.

Not all the salt in the mixture dissolved and a piece embedded into my eye causing extreme pain and side effects. Had to see an ophthalmologist to have it removed.

I purchased this for my season allergies which have really caused my sinuses to be blocked. It’s a super easy to use product! This was my first time using and thankfully none of the solution went down by throat nor was it difficult. It worked for a little in clearing out my nose, but within 20-30 minutes my sinuses were back to being plugged and irritated like before.

This products saves my nose. I suffer from all types of allergies. My breathing and sense of s get affected. After using the nasal rinse, i am breathing better, still under a mask, but nostrils still inflamed due to my lack of sticking to a routine. Not harsh since i follow the directions

My 3.5 yo son wont stop "drooling" from his nose! This device is so so much easier than the neti pot or the syringes! Just squeeze and you dont even really tilt your head and the snots and gunks coming out the other nostril yuk but very satisfying to watch and my son gets so so much relief ie breathing and less coughing at night! This is a must buy for your kids!

I would like to point out, for those that said “Shot this salty solution right down my throat.” Step 4 does warn that “At times some solution will reach the back of your throat, so please spit it out” This product does work. I like the product.

This is a must have for me.

This gave me the most relief with congestion/pressure in my head. Highly recommend!

I have yet to use it, but I'm excited and it looks like it's going to be a great product.
