I love these chews they taste so good it’s hard to just eat two. Collagen powders from all brands are really hard to mix, they’re always clumpy and I wind up having to chew my drink so this is my preferred method of getting my collagen by my preferred brand.

I have noticed a little bit of strengthening in my fingernails. I have very thin nails that tend to peel and chip off easily so these biotin bursts seem to be working well for those.
