I have been using this product for almost a year and can definitely report I see a difference in my hair and skin. My hair is much more voluminous. My skin feels bouncier and firmer; I do have a pretty involved multistep skincare routine, but I do think these tablets have had a positive effect. I'm glad I tried these and stuck with it consistently!

I bought these a month ago & I have to say WOW I have tried everything for hair skin and nails & I saw on social media a lot of curly girls say collagen is so helpful for growth and once I saw that I looked into it and then I got stuck because there is so many types and powders etc. well I saw this one & did some research and said let me give it a Go ! the best choice I made it’s been 4 weeks now and I saw how drastically my hair has changed in length and the thickness of my hair i’m amazed and so happy I have 3 children & my last one was 2 years ago so I thought it was postpartum but then I had a big move and stressful situation that my hair fell out and I had to do a big chop and my hair looked like it would never grow again and within a month of me trying these vitamins I can see and feel the change I am so happy and do not regret it at all ! So first time I took this I became sick and couldn’t take a complete breath which caused bad anxiety.. didn’t think anything of it u til I took this again 3 days later and today it’s happening again! Bad product! Ingredients should be listed for allergens

I love it. The pills are easy to take with minimal after taste and don't make me feel ill after taking 3g daily. I've tried other collagen supplements with aweful tastes for smaller doses I'm satisfied with this one and will continue to buy it.
