Description
Neosporin + Pain, Itch, Scar Antibiotic Ointment provides 24-hour infection protection and maximum strength itch and pain relief for minor cuts, scrapes, burns and wounds. From the #1 doctor recommended brand, this no-sting, anti-itch formula is made with a unique Heliderm Technology, which provides a nourishing environment for the skin during healing to minimize the appearance of scars. Formulated for wound care, this topical first-aid ointment contains the antibiotics bacitracin zinc, neomycin sulfate, and polymyxin B, to help protect against infection. The topical skin ointment also contains the external analgesic pramoxine HCl, which provides relief from itchy, painful wounds. To treat minor wounds and help minimize appearance of scars, simply apply a small amount of the 24-hour infection protection antibiotic ointment on the affected area one to three times daily, cover with a bandage and enjoy healthy healing with less visible scars.

Can't even open the product. The cap is glued to the tube for some reason.
I must admit it helps with cold, sores and blisters just like a black teabag does but that’s before you put the Neosporin anti-scar itch and pain on then you put this after it with a Band-Aid on it

Double check expiration dates before purchasing! I bought this today (October 2024) in store and when I got home realized it expired December 2023!

I have a cut on the bottom of a toe and where the skin was broken it would itch. Not able to sleep at nights due to the itching. I was applying the regular Neosporin cream and needed to restock that since I was using it so much due to the cut. When I noticed the version that dealt with itch I couldn't resist. So glad I did! Applied it during the day and at night and finally slept through the night. If your wound is causing itching, GET THIS! Feel like I'm on the road to recovery now along with a good night's rest!

This is a fantastic product. I have had two surgeries in the past year, and it has really helped with my incisions. My oldest scars actually began fading after using this, and I continue to use it on my scars. It helps relieve the itching you get too.

I love this product! It helped my scratch I had on my nose, it was pretty deep. (The pics don’t do much Justice) I just didn’t like the smell but I put some on everyday and after a week my scratch was gone!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I had a small burn that I was worried might get infected so I picked this up at the store and boy was that a mistake. What was almost healed turned into a disgusting sore (picture of before and after included). It opened up my wound and made it bigger and then created an extremely itchy rash that oozed so much. I’ve now been dealing with this for weeks trying to somehow get this better. If you have sensitive skin I would stay far far away from this. I am now trying the target bactrin ointment since it has less ingredients. So far it’s been ok.
