NERF Rival Challenger MXXIV-1200

Product is a lot of fun and service was quick and easy, got in amd out in less then a minute and will be using product for a long time. Very satisfied with my order!

I see why this gun was on sale. It's trash. Son opened it up on Christmas Eve to find out it doesn't work. The bullets jam and do not shoot. And before they comment, YES! I used brand new alkaline batteries by Energizer. Will be returning.

The motor broke right out of the box after shooting two rounds out of it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Our child opened this on Christmas morning to find a dud that did not work at all.

This toy broke right after purchasing. The reload function stopped working and will jam extremely easy.

I couldn't fire more than two shots without jamming. This is after two days of testing, replacing batteries, trying other mags. Etc. maybe I just got a lemon? It sucks that I don't even think I can return it. A bit heartbroken right now

It’s shoots well and has good performance, but it’s aesthetically ugly (especially on the left side) and the mag is not cross compatible with any other gun, really disappointing

Bought two of these guns and both did not work. One didn’t even turn on and the other shot one bullet then died. And used brand new bullets. Bummer

My six year old son loves it. He says it hits hard. It’s the best one for shooting balls he has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nerf gun toy exceeded expectations. As soon as I received it my 14 year old unpackaged it and started using it. He loved it. It has rapid fire and is surprisingly powerful. The impact could hurt someone if fired at too close of range. It doesn’t use the traditional Nerf foam bullets but instead uses small foam balls. The balls are sturdy and hold up to repeated use. Recommend this toy for teenagers but caution that protective eyewear should be used.

Other than that, my kids love this! It has great power and comes with a magazine attachment so you get the most out of it. It holds 12 rounds. We have other Rival guns at home but they don’t hold as many rounds. Looks like I’ll be adding another 2 of these to our collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nerf Rival Challenger MXXIV-1200 is sooooo cool. My son really enjoyed it. It comes with 14 balls and 12 can fit in the chamber. You do have to apply 8 AA batteries to operate this item. It has a lot of power when it shoots out. Even though the are soft foams balls just be careful. It does have a safety lock button on the side of the gun to use when the gun is not in use. Great Product

My husband got so excited about this nerf gun. The balls are soft but they may hurt because of the high power. The instructions were not completely clear , we had to google how to make the gun start shooting , therefore 4 stars.

It was a bit hard for him to assemble. So it does require some parental assistance for the younger ones. This is the coolest nerf toy he has ever had! Even his older sisters picked it up a few times to try out. The blue balls are durable and easy to find and re load. I would definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this Nerf gun, I had charged up some batteries to put in it. This does require eight AA batteries. And I would say that it did not work. I read the instructions and pulled both of the triggers at the same time, and it does not seem that it has power to it. I bought eight more batteries and continue to have the same issue. I'm not sure if there's a manufacturer issue with this guy or if you require some other special batteries, but I have tried three different batteries in this gun, and I have had difficulty operating and trying to get power to it, so I recommend this Nerf gun.

At first, we didn't realize it needed batteries as we have other Nerf guns that don't need batteries. However, it didn't matter to us because it was a neat toy to mess around with. The tiny little blue syrafoam like balls are soft enough without breaking anything in the house.
