A: I prefer the glass jar; the only trick happens if the lid is on too tight. I keep lids from previous jar that work on/off easily. Sincerely, hlf

It's possible that you will still see some of the plastic jars at retailers until inventory runs out. We hope you approve of the change.

I've been drinking Nescafe instant coffee since the 70's before it was merged with Tasters Choice. I take a jar with me when I travel so I'm not stuck with hotel coffee. I do miss the old square jars with the red lids. They were great for storing flour and sugar after they were emptied. In fact, I still have 3 that are in use today! But, it's the taste and quality that has made me stick with your product for over 50 years. Hopefully, the Columbian will be available soon as I definitely prefer it over the others.

Has a very strong taste if you use anymore than recommended. The recommended amount is still a little strong as well. Overall it is okay, I ended up loading the coffee with milk and creamer

2013, in New York, discovered the 1 oz. packets of Taster's Choice. It was fantastic--like freshly brewed coffee! Then, back in California, I could only find it in the jar. What a disappointment. It tasted nothing like French Roast. I threw the jar away. I never did find the packets again. I discovered that no matter what the brand, French Roast does not taste like it used to. Thank you.

Have only drank this for years! Had no ground coffee in the house, so secretly served TCFR to my son's in-laws at Christmas, and they raved about the delicious coffee! When we finally revealed it was INSTANT, they were stunned!

Update was made and after 15 yrs I need to look for new product that was my at least 3x a day product.No matter in you add more than usual it's not getting THERE so after fighting it for 6 months now time to look for REAL coffee.If it's working why you make worthless daily

I consider myself to be a coffee snob. I have been an espresso drinker all my adult life. Now that I’m older; I have GI issues whenever I drink espresso. I am however, able to drink regular coffee. I sold my Nespresso machines and stopped getting espressos at local coffee shops. I picked up Nescafé instant coffee to give it a try. I mixed two level teaspoons of coffee to 10 ounces of water, then added some vanilla creamer. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the coffee was and that it did not upset my stomach. It’s smooth not bitter. Best of all, it’s strong enough to satisfy my taste.
