Q: I've ordered this many times over the years. Usually smells nice. Now it smells bad. What changed?
A: I recently experienced this too with the liquid Neutrogena. There was a strong fishy smell. I ended up throwing away the whole bottle. I tried purchasing another bottle but it smelled bad as well so I did not get it.

Q: I just want to make sure this soap is oil-free? Is that say that I can see from the writing here it says that is fragrance free but I need to know if it's a oil free???
A: This Facial Cleansing Bar is not oil-free as it contains both Coconut Oil and Castor Oil. Thanks!
