For a fragrance-free moisturizer that pairs well with the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Fighting Face Wash (and doesn't contain niacinamide), we recommend our Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel cream (Fragrance-Free). It provides intense hydration and it doesn’t contain niacinamide. If you have a niacinamide allergy, we recommend consulting with your dermatologist first, as they are the experts in helping you choose the right products.

This helped my hormonal acne stay at bay while helping my oily skin as well. It has a smell but it's from the plastic container . Other than that it works great and is good for sensitive skin as well!

First I had small little pimples and then a couple of bigger ones around my nose. The smell is an alcohol smell, they should have put a fragrance. I did use this for a week with everyday cleaning but I had to stop once I saw that my NEW pimples were becoming buddies lol.

I had relatively high expectations for this cleanser, as I've used other products in neutrogena's acne wash line in the past. While my skin felt clean after use, I found this to be extremely drying. I felt like I started breaking out with acne that I didn't have before and was often double moisturizing afterward, which is not a normal need for me. The product also had a particularly strong and somewhat unpleasant smell that I found extremely off-putting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does a good job at cleaning facial skin, but doesn't do too good of a job at keeping acne at bay. I originally used Cerave acne wash with good results. I switched over to this product to give it a try it is cheaper. Within days, I saw my acne flair up in it's usual spots after starting this wash. The cleanser has a light fragrance, almost medicinal and father's fairly well. If you are prone to constant acne, I wouldn't recommend this to keep it under control. I would incorporate this into a skin care routine for someone with sensitive, oily skin looking for a cleanser that is gentle on the skin leaving skin feeling cleansed and moisturized.
