Q: Does this come with the sponge /applicator? The one I bought at a Target store didn’t come with it, and I thought that Netrogena pressed powder always comes with it.

A: Hi Emily! I do believe that powder should have included a sponge applicator. I am sure Target would be happy to exchange it for you. Most beauty items bought in stores or online can be returned, even if opened, within 90 days with your receipt, or up to 120 days if purchased with your Target REDcard™. This is my favorite face powder!!! I don’t wear a lot of makeup so I just like a setting powder that’s translucent and will keep my oily skin under control and this does the trick. I absolutely love this powder and will not be switching out anytime soon.

Recommend the product… packaging from target, not so much. I had ordered a large quantity of this item due to the product being discontinued and being on limited stock. When I receive the package, it was delivered in a large box with absolutely no insulation of any kind to protect the product from damage. This review is for Target order processing/packaging/ shipping. Highly disappointed!!

Very lightweight. I like that it doesn’t have fragrance. It does seem to work with oil control. I like to use triangle puff sponge and then to rub on the back of my hand before applying on my face. Love this powder ❤️

Just a little bit goes a long way and lasts all day. I'm super oily, like you could shine a light on my face in the evening and I could guide ships into harbor at night. Finally, I have found a product that's easy to use and actually controls the shine. I apply it using the elf sponge in the morning. If I were really picky I could apply lightly once more at the end of the day to shore up the minimal shine present. I have found this to be unnessary as I'm satisfied with the look at days end.
