The Nevlers Non-Slip TPO and Felt Rug Padding offers the ideal under rug padding—not too thick and not too thin. Made from 100% recycled gray felt for padding and TPO rubber for grip, this dual-sided rug mat design prevents slippage and keeps your rug right where you want it. These rug grippers help to protect your carpet and floors, as well as provide insulation and dampen noise. Do not buy this rug pad. Poor quality! The non-stick side was sticky and stuck to my wood floor. I had to peel it off the floor and scrub my wood floor to get the residue off that it left behind. This is the poorest quality product I have ever purchased from Target. Target should reconsider supporting this vendor on their website! I ended up throwing this rug pad out and wasted over $30 on this purchase. I ended up buying a better one at Lowe's

Terrible rug pads

These were the worst rug pads I have ever purchased. They had some sort of sticky tape on one side. I bought almost $500 worth of these pads and, unfortunately, I had already cut them to size by the time I realized how awful they were, so I could not return them. I will be throwing them all away.

Zero stars. Returning the rug pad. It arrived damaged covered in adhesive with plastic packaging sticking to it.
