There is no fishy aftertaste. It’s made of sustainably sourced wild salmon. The package has several quality stamps such as certified sustainable and NSF contents certified which means it meets the standards for public health and safety and meets NSF mercury testing standards. It’s to early for me to comment on efficacy, I am taking it in hopes of lowering my cholesterol and overall heart, skin and joint health.

I felt they were effective and met my needs. However, they are really big pills which I don’t love - that’s the reason for 4 stars. I do better with smaller pills. I have heard fron a Dr. many years ago, when buying fish oil, make sure the DHA is higher than rhe EPA. Which this product has.
