So far I have no complaints. It’s been a little more than a week, and it has definitely increased my BMs. I’m not at every day, yet, but I’m at more than once a week! (If you wanted to know, the app is Bearable - this is for last week, so I was only on the meds 4 days at that point). I don’t really feel a difference - I just know I’m supposed to go… but it’s only been a week.

So far this one was good it helps me goto bathroom and regulates and clean from within. If you feel bloated take one of these and you ll feel much better!

I love that it’s vegan and kosher and gluten free. I usually take my kids’ probiotic gummies, and I’ve known for a long time that I should switch to a purer formula without the added sugar. I also like that it’s one capsule a day, and can be taken with or without food. I took it this morning with my regular vitamins, supplements, and medications. I will update my review when I finish the bottle, but I already feel like it’s a much better choice for me, and I suspect I will actually make the switch and purchase more after this free bottle.

That means you don’t have to worry about storing in the fridge. This is convenient if you want to take them in your purse with you! They are vegan capsules too. So no gross stuff either ;). The probiotic strains they include also helps to reduce candida (problematic yeast).

The texture is just a smooth capsule. I love that it’s in a dark glass bottle which holds its potency. They work really well. I’ve started seeing results within one week.

I noticed a difference after taking this for only a few days. It comes in a sealed package, and an addition to that the bottle also has the temp proof seal on top. I personally highly recommend this product, and this is the only one I will be buying in the future. It does work!
