Q: Please, how do you remove the sponge to put in a new replacement sponge?

A: Hello - There is a button/slider on the top of the mop head. When you slide the button towards the edge of the mop head it will unlock the replacement head. To replace, align the replacement head with the head of the mop and press firmly until the replacement head “clicks” into place. The slider should spring back to the “locked” position. A: and, still waiting. Should I just discard the Made By Design mop, since no one else's refills fit? Total waste of time and money. Target used to be better than this.

Once again, Target has created a mop that will just go in a landfill because they quickly stopped making mop heads that fit the handle. This keeps happening. Why? Would give zero stars if I could. Who makes a mop that consistently has the correct mop refills available?

Not sure if previous reviews had a really older design or something else but I haven’t had problems with it not fitting. Is it the best mop in the world No but if you don’t want to deal with heavy mops or equipment I would recommend. Just wish they sold the replacement in store and last a bit longer

This is a get real, get clean item! I have searched for a item that would mirror a wiping with a cloth and cleaner, clean and this does it! Stop looking for a miracle fabric - replaceable sponges do it best!

Like other reviewers stated, this refill doesn’t fit the mop that it’s supposed to accompany, which is a bummer. I went ahead and tried ordering them anyway but had to return.
