I ordered this product several times from Target online. The only issue I have with this product is if it’s not taped down, it leaks all over the other items in the box. This time it ruined a box of Kleenex and other items got wet as well. Otherwise, I think it is fairly priced.

I’ve been using these every single day for more years than I can count. I buy a new box every few weeks. Suddenly this last box went from 2 ply to single ply. I’m hoping it’s a defective box but am not hopeful. Very, VERY disappointed.

The only reason I'm not mad is because it was actually funny how bad this was. Imagine separating a paper towel to half a ply, attaching that to your Swiffer, and trying to use it to push dog hair from one side of the room to another. The sheets are so thin you can easily see through them, like dryer sheets, and they "trapped" nothing.

Our Quality Team is very engaged in our factories, making sure every Dry Cloth is made to meet our high standards, so we only expect you'll be happy with the results you receive. To get the best results with them, fold the sides of the sheet over the edges of the sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. Make sure not to add furniture polish, as the cloths contain a special ingredient that holds onto particles but leaves no residue. When the cloth is full and will not pick up any more dirt, replace it with a new Swiffer cloth and throw the old one away with your household waste. It also helps to make sure the floor you're cleaning is cool, not hot. You can give us a call for more help, as your happiness is very important to us. It has been awhile since I have purchased a new box of sweeping cloths. Now they seem thinner and the ridges seem to be almost flat (due to thinner pad?).
