[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does such a nice job cooling down our living room. However, every time we pull out the water container to refill it back up, water always drips out of the bottom of the unit on our hardwood floor. This is definitely not good! If someone could help us with this, I would love to upgrade my review! This is the only issue that we have, but it is starting to ruin our floor. Thank you.

This fan/cooler really gives me a break from the heat! The heat has been terrible this summer, but this new air cooler has really save the day. It makes those hot days out, sweating by the pit and barbecue bearable with the cool refreshing breeze it puts out

I was actually blown away by the efficiency of the newair evaporator cooler. Highly recommended. A mustt have for Rv's and campers beat the heat with just water and you can add the ice packs to super cool your space.

The evaporative air cooler is a well made , high quality product! I was shocked at how QUIET it is while still being very powerful. The unit is lightweight and easy to move around thanks to the casters. The remote is a huge bonus-especially if using in a bedroom-no getting up to change the settings or run off/on.
Much better than a traditional fan!

We use this at home, we use it outside, and it is compact enough to take on trips with us. Totally recommend you go pick up a NewAir Evaporative Cooler. It will make your hot summer so much more tolerable!

I purchased the EC110S and it worked great for a couple months (June-Sept.) Now, when I turn it on, after 10 seconds, it starts to beep and then shuts off the water pump. It has a full tank of water and I cleaned the pump as instructed in the troubleshooting guide. I do not recommend this cooler!

This fan moves a lot of air and higher up which is really nice. Most fans are sitting on the ground or have to be placed on something. This really keeps me cool in my work shop space.

This portable combination fan and cooler is a great addition to our home. For those that live in drier climates, the optional evaporative cooling feature allows you to direct cool air directly into an area without having to cool the entire home. The unit is attractive and a nice size. It can be set to 3 different speeds, with and without evaporative cooling. The water reservoir is large enough that it doesn't run out too quickly. There are different modes, including speed changes, timer, and "swing", which blows the air in a random pattern. It's pretty quiet, too. Why didn't we give it a 5? While minor, there were a few things that we think could be improved. Learning the different settings is a bit of a challenge, and isn't entirely intuitive. Fortunately, there is a guide that you can work through to understand what the different settings do. Secondly, to add water to the reservoir, there isn't a door that you can flip open and pour water in. You need to pull the drawer partially open, and pour water in that way. This is minor, but it would be better with the access door. Also, you need to be careful with a full reservoir when rolling the unit around as it can slosh water. Overall, we think it's a good value and allows you to spot cool and area, and the timer feature is handy (it can be set in 1/2 hour increments up to 7.5 hours) for bedtime until the room cools down at night. The unit is serviceable and looks like it will serve us well! We'll come back and do another review in a year to let you know if our initial impressions hold up.

We live off-grid in a very dry climate. We had an unseasonal heat wave, multiple days over 100°. This portable cooler was shipped quickly, it was well packaged. Best of all, it worked great!

This fan is more than just your average fan. It circulates air and gets rid of dry heat so well. I love how it is small enough to not take up a ton of space, but large enough it does the entire room. It's also eco friendly!

Okay I will give a full review of this product. First, it is a wonderful fan. It blows in 3 speeds and is modern and stylish. Second, there is the feature to fill a compartment with cold water and frozen blocks. The blocks that come with the unit are not adequate to chill down the air. I have larger reusable ice blocks that I used along with cold refrigerated water. If your ambient air temperature is not very hot then this fan and water cooled air could work for you. If you are in a heat wave area like California the last 10 days then this does not work. The air is minimally cool and the water runs out quickly and the unit makes a very loud and annoying sucking sound. I would have bought an actual air conditioner for just a bit more money as this unit is pricey for what it does. There was not a clear review like this about how it won't work in hot temperatures. I would have sent this product back on day 2 and requested an exchange for another product on this website, but I threw the box away upon receiving it. In the final review, it is a wonderful fan, and wonderful cooler if you just need to take the edge off of some warm temps. If you are in a hot area this is not the product to get, as it blows the hot air around even with ice water in the unit in temperatures in the high 80's and above. I hope this was helpful!

What a life saver! We have had one of the hottest Summers here in North Texas and this air cooler has helped us to enjoy our backyard again throughout the hottest of days. We have also enjoyed it indoors in our living areas on the hottest of triple digit heat. The remote control, timer and casters are great features as well as the sleek style.
