This stuff really really dreaded out my hair to the point where it was breaking and falling out. I don’t know if it’s because of the weather or what but I would not recommend this product and I do like their styling products though this set was not good for me. I have fine hair. It’s thin and I’m about 40 years old

Bought to compliment the Therappe shampoo, which I love the smell of. So I was completely surprised by the overwhelming smell of the Humectress. It smells kind of like black cherry mixed with saccharine.

This is the ONLY conditioner that leaves my hair manageable and smooth. I love the scent, but more importantly, I love how healthy and shiny humectress makes my coarse, dry hair. (I live in a dry climate and have been using this product since I was a young girl in the 80s! Anything else pales in comparison.

Started using this product about a year ago and it did make my hair very soft and smooth however I noticed my hair started falling out way more than usual and I developed an itchy scalp and white heads on the back of my neck near my hair line. It took me a while to realize that it was this product that was doing it. After switching to a different product all those symptoms went away within 1 week. I will never use this product or this brand ever again! I have never had a bad reaction to any product before in my entire life like I had to this one.

This shampoo and conditioner have actually made my hair softer and lighter. But it still looks frizzy. It’s an improvement, however I have slowly but surely seen an increase in hair shedding. I can not risk losing hair, so I will have to discontinue using these two products. Bottle design is faulty, it will leak all over the place if it’s even slightly open, which will happen, it will not close all the way because the bottle is again faulty.

I used to just buy the masque but they are no longer available for sale to my area. Its actually better to use the full on conditioner as it lasts longer and saves money. I love how smooth my hair was after using it only a few weeks, no more dry frizz!

I had great expectations for these products. I use high quality hair products. My hair was like straw after using this shampoo and conditioner No more experimenting for me. I'll stick with my tried and true products. I also did not like the scent, but that wasn't the deal breaker.

This conditioner is my favorite for when my hair is feeling dry or unhealthy. It adds a lot of moisture and protein into the hair and leaves it feeling restored, refreshed, and looking very shiny. It smells great and lathers up nicely. It is also safe for color treated hair.
