Directions • if you are under 18 years of age, ask a doctor before use. No studies have been done to show if this product will work for you. • before using this product, read the enclosed user's guide for complete directions and other important information • begin using the lozenge on your quit day • if you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use 2 mg nicotine lozenge • if you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use 4 mg nicotine lozenge according to the following 12 week schedule: Weeks 1 to 6: 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours Weeks 7 to 9: 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours Weeks 10 to 12: 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours • nicotine lozenge is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results • place the lozenge in your mouth and allow the lozenge to slowly dissolve. Minimize swallowing. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. • you may feel a warm or tingling sensation • occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until completely dissolved • do not eat or drink 15 minutes before using or while the lozenge is in your mouth • to improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 lozenges per day for the first 6 weeks • do not use more than one lozenge at a time or continuously use one lozenge after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects • do not use more than 5 lozenges in 6 hours. Do not use more than 20 lozenges per day. • it is important to complete treatment. Since you changed the formula it now tastes the exact same as the cheep store brand generic ones. Way pay the extra money for the same nasty product. I switched! Save your money! They leave a film in your mouth, so sweet and chaulky flavor. Yuk! 🤢

That being said, it will help you if you are truly ready to quit but not stop it cold turkey. Habits tend to die hard and the fixation of having something in your hand or mouth to replace smoking isn't there. If you want to quit, this is a good way to replace the need for nicotine. A few more tries and maybe this will help me curb smoking for good...

I use them when I am at work, social gatherings, events where I don't want to smell like smoke, dates, exercising, sporting events, and anywhere smoking is not allowed. It has helped me cut back a good amount, actually. It's helped those uncomfortable situations of having to say excuse me as I sneak of to smoke. I do recommend these to people trying to cut back/ stop smoking.

Fits nice in the pocket but what I liked most about it was. I felt comfortable, leaving it out on the counter knowing it has the child locking safety mechanism. The flavor was good, but I have to say it gave me an upset stomach while using it quickly dissipated, but I feel like having to swallow the nicotine upset my stomach

It helped me keep away from smoking and the desire to smoke was reduced but not eliminated completely, which is where your own effort comes in. This isn’t a miracle product, but definitely is helpful! Couple negatives, figuring out how to open it is tricky and sometimes painful if you have weak/damaged finger nails. Once it’s opened the first time, it’s easier but still tricky if you have weaker fingers. I’d probably transfer over the tablets if I wasn’t able to open it . Overall, great tool in the fight against smoking, but it’s not the only option. Opening it is difficult, but that also makes it hard for kids to get into, so I’m not that bothered.

All it did was give me a headache. It took away a little bit of the cravings but not enough to considerably. Do any impact. It might work for someone who is more a light smoker who wants to quit, but otherwise it did not work for me.

You just have to stay consistent and take the lozenges instead of smoking. It has a mint flavor which was great for my breath. Comes in a nice small package that is easy and comfortable to keep in your pocket.

It really helps take the edge off. Tastes wonderfull.
