Directions if you are under 18 years of age, ask a doctor before use before using this product, read the enclosed User's Guide for complete directions and other important information I begin using the gum on your quit day if you smoke your first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up, use Nicotine Polacrilex Gum, 2 mg, if you smoke your first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up, use Nicotine Polacrilex Gum, 4 mg according to the following 12 week schedule: Weeks 1 to 6 Weeks 7 to 9 Weeks 10 to 12 1 piece every 1 piece every 4 to 8 hours 2 to 4 hours 1 piece every 1 to 2 hours Inicotine gum is a medicine and must be used a certain way to get the best results chew the gum slowly until it tingles. Then park it between your cheek and gum. When the tingle is gone, begin chewing again, until the tingle returns. I repeat this process until most of the tingle is gone (about 30 minutes) do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before chewing the nicotine gum, or while chewing a piece to improve your chances of quitting, use at least 9 pieces per day for the first 6 weeks if you experience strong or frequent cravings, you may use a second piece within the hour. However, do not continuously use one piece after another since this may cause you hiccups, heartburn, nausea or other side effects. do not use more than 24 pieces a day it is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the gum for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.Other information

First, the taste is overwhelmingly artificial, it starts out with a strong chemical mint flavor that quickly turns bitter and unpleasant. It doesn’t even remotely resemble normal gum. The texture is ieven worse than the taste. It becomes rubbery and breaks apart strangely while chewing. On top of all of that, it gave me terrible stomach discomfort and a weird burning sensation in my mouth. I’ve used other nicotine gums before and this was by far the worst experience.

I’m finally ready to quit for good, for myself and my family. I’ve tried other nicotine gum but never a store brand so I was very curious. It’s very comparable! The flavor is nice, like a strong mint. No issues with texture of the gum. It’s been a few weeks and I’m still going strong. It says clearly on the box to make sure you are using enough.. At least 9 pieces a day for the first 6 weeks. I think that’s part of the key to success. And to use for the full 12 weeks.

He says he enjoyed the mint flavor while taking some of the edge off while tapering off. The packaging is fine and easy enough to use. I would say it’s a great value since it costs less than competitors. He says he would purchase in the future.

I've been working on quiting smoking for about a month and with the help from @influenster I am smoke free and have been for about 2 weeks. This gum taste great . It was just like regular gum except you chew it for a minute then put it between your gums and cheek you do this for approximately 30 minutes. It's a wonderful value compared to cigarettes.

I love the minty flavor it has, no bitter taste when chewing. The texture is like any other bubblegum making it hard to even tell the difference. Won’t break the bank considering it’s a store brand, very effective. I’ve been trying to quit smoking cigars and have finally got the push I needed when receiving these. I chewed a piece a day and it helped with my cravings. Officially smoke free.

It did help a bit with cravings, but I think I will need the patches. I wouldn't repurchase this exact product, so unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

It does seem to curb some of the nicotine cravings so I think with further use this would be really effective. The packaging was simple and explained everything very well. I did see where people said it could possibly stain but so far I haven't had any issues, it's definitely worth a try
