I really wanted to love this juicer however there is just too much foam the pulp could be dryer and not all juice is coming out

I read reviews and this was recommended by numerous sites. It has lived up to its piece tag. It's easy or clean and my husband loves it.

Overheats very easily, most of the waste is mushy seems like there could be more juice from it, clogs often, overall for the price it works the same as a cheap juicer

Unfortunately this product is continually rated as one of the best centrifugal juicers. We purchased our first one 3 years ago. It lasted 11 months before being replaced under warranty. That juicer made it 14 months before experiencing the same issue (small pieces of plastic parts evident in the process). Circumstances influenced this recent purchase (speed of delivery) but it will be our last one.

I have had this juicer since my son was born 6 years ago. I just came here to see if there is any service for it since the turn on/off wheel is not working anymore. But it still does the job when plugged in. We make juices everyday for the whole family and I have never had any issues before. Great product!

The worst juicer ever. It produces very little juice and it wastes a lot of fruits and vegetables. The mush that it discards is very juicy and needs to be squeezed by hand . I would not recommend this product. If you are looking to buy this juicer , you are better off to get a blender .

I've had this thing for 2 years no issues and I juice weekly! Actually looking to upgrade soon!! But for now this is a great choice for juicing at home! I don't know why this has so much negative attention. Maybe you nobody dumps the pulp bin. But mine never leaks. Maybe clean your blade? All in all outstanding piece of equipment!!

This is a good machine but the waste basket cracked on the bottom already? It might have to go with the fact when you attach the pitcher, it unlevels the entire machine. So when you remove it, the force probably made the bottom crack. For the price I would expect something more sturdier and less prone to breakage. Maybe I just happened to purchase a poorly made one.

Nice huge chute. Easy to clean. The pulp extraction chute gets clogged towards the end.

Mine over heated the second time I used it. I followed all instructions, starting with softer foods to hard. It leaks as well. I went on YouTube to do some research apparently you can only use this machine for 5 MINUTES or it will over heat! That’s ridiculous for the price point. If you’re someone who likes to juice carrots mostly this probably isn’t for you.

I have only had this juicer a few months. I received it as a gift. I've only used it 3 times over the past month and a half. I had another juicer that was on its last leg, so I continued using that one and waited to open this one. I am SO disappointed!!! This appliance costs too much and so does my organic vegetables. The pulp has been wet and juicy since day one. I will literally pay to upgrade this to a better juicer if I could. My other juicer ran circles around this one and cost less than half the price of this one.

This is a great juicer! It juices in an instant, is easy to clean, and makes good quality juice. Is it the same type of juice as a masticating juicer? No. It is more frothy because that’s the nature of centrifugal juicers, and you will get a bit lower yield. But if you want a basic juicer at a GREAT price that is super quick and easy to clean and makes great tasting juice, this is a solid choice.

I received this as a gift and therefore didn’t get to do much research / reading prior to selecting a juicer myself, but this one has been a stressful disappointment. If I were able to return it for another style machine I would, but unfortunately I’m stuck with this one and have tried to make it work. No matter how many videos I’ve watched, including the brand suggested ones on cleaning the filter and ensuring it’s not clogged, the pulp always remains incredibly wet. So wet actually that I run the pulp back through multiple times and end up extracting just as much juice as I did on the first pass through. Now, my juicing steps are to run everything through once, take it apart, clean the filter, reassemble and put the pulp back through two more times. Lastly, I squeeze the pulp through a nut milk bag. Only then is the pulp finally dry. The multiple runs through the machine is necessary because putting leafy greens through only once results in large chopped chunks in basket, clearly able to be juiced more. Quartered medium apples have left easily identifiable large sliced pieces in the pulp bin By the time I’ve finished, the process has taken forever for even one serving and the kitchen is a mess. A good amount of pulp gets stuck to the top of the pulp chute and clumps together rather than ending up in the pulp bin so each time it’s taken apart to scrape out the pulp and pass it through again, pulp ends up all over the machine and counter top and is unavoidable. Overall, produce for juicing is expensive to begin with and this juicer makes it far from easy to get your moneys worth out of the produce you’re using, and so I wouldn’t recommend
