A: You can certainly use this to make sourdough bread. The internal dimensions within the bake tray are 12 x 12 x 6.4 inches. As long as the Dutch oven is smaller than those dimensions it can fit.

This oven is great to use it is excellent for extra baking room for big holiday gatherings. The only thing we tried to smoke a 10lb turkey the opening is not big enough for it but that's the only draw back on this oven

This is my third Ninja to my collection and doesn’t disappoint. My wife and I set it up and made for the first time ever 2 pizzas in under 1 hour and 20 minutes. At 700 degrees the pizzas took 4 minutes each to cook! They weren’t quite round but cooked on point and looked tasty! I give it two snaps! And a circle!
