Q: Can I leave this on for a few hours? Also has anyone used this with acne prone skin? Most face creams causes me to have zits but I think that has to do with most face creams are really greasy

Please bring back the old formula. I have sensory issues and this cream was the only one that I could handle, especially on my feet. I struggle sleeping if I feel that my feet are dry and most creams were sticky, which was also an issue. I've used this cream since I was a teenager and I'm genuinely sad as the new formula does not do what the old one did. Please, please bring it back.

The sealer of the jar was broken. Half of the jar was empty. I have been using this cream for many years. The cream is not the same quality anymore. It was very rich and creamy, but now it is very watery. Will not buy again.

I've been using Nivea Soft for at least 20 years, probably more. I have at least 4 tubs in use around the house at any given time because that's how much I use it. I never expected to have to find a new moisturiser because of this unexpected change in formula. Could Nivea not have simply put out a separate vegan option and left the old formula alone??? It's truly so disappointing, and I'm hoping that Nivea will change it back to the old formula, but I'm not holding my breath, especially after reading their generic and non-committal responses to feedback / complaints about the new formula. Pity.

I have used this product for 20 years and I am so disappointed in the new vegan formula. The new version has a very strong fragrance, the lotion leaves your skin feeling sticky and tight. If you have sensitive skin you will also experience a burning sensation that turns your skin red. I would not recommend this new product.

The old formula was perfect until they changed it. My face now stings (it wouldn't do that) it's sticky when it dries and face seems to have develop some texture. Things that are changed are supposed to be better. Not this though

I have such sensitive skin and this was the cream that made me stop trying other creams. The new formula is so upsetting and now leaves my face super dry, which makes sense with alcohol being the 4th ingredient rather than mineral oil in the old formula.. The new formula also doesn’t have jojoba oil in it anymore and now has almond oil (watch out for anyone with nut allergies!!!!) which just isn’t as good. I also beg of Nivea to bring back the old formula!
