Q: Can I leave this on for a few hours? Also has anyone used this with acne prone skin? Most face creams causes me to have zits but I think that has to do with most face creams are really greasy

This cream was the ONLY cream my face could stand. And I’ve tried hundreds. This new formula is absolutely horrible. It does not hydrate, it feels kind of grainy, and it does not keep your skin moisturized like the original formula. I hope NIVEA can reconsider this change and revert back to what was a wonderful product.

WHY? Why did you change it? The new vegan formula is garbage. My skin feels and looks dry after an hour now and it brings me out in spots. I'm a 48 year old man so perhaps this product is not aimed at me anymore but I used to like the old Nivea soft as a daily moisturiser. People used to think I looked a bit younger in the face than my years...Not anymore with this crap! I'll use up the old supplies I managed to find but after that I'm buying something else. Sorry you ruined your product.

Oh HECK NO!! They changed the formula and totally tricked me!! I’ve been a loyal user of the old formula for over a decade and I can’t believe the sneaky switch up they played. I will need to return these ASAP bc this is so not cool. Do not recommend at ALL! BEWARE BEWARE! I really hope they change it back— I can’t believe they are using the beloved reviews of the previous formula to continue selling this awful junk.

I have been using Nivea soft for more years than I can remember. It was always the only thing I could use in my face due to sensitive skin. This new formula is absolutely horrible. Feels sticky and dry. Smells weird. Why anyone would think this is better is beyond me. Bring back the old formula or offer both. So disappointed 0 stars

I used to love this moisturizer. It didn’t give me any breakouts and not the formula feels different in consistency, it’s not as creamy and it burns??? What did you do load it with rubbing alcohol? Please fix it. The price increase doesn’t even make sense when quality has gone down.

My family and I have been using this cream for over 20 years and loved it. However, ever since Nivea changed the formula to be vegan, the cream is watery, doesn't blend into the skin, and feels dry after application. I will not be buying this cream in the future due to this formula change.

The new formula is so bad. It does not moisturize and makes my skin feel so tight after using. It also burns/tingles around the dryer areas of my face. My whole family has used this cream for over 10 years and all hate the new formula, I even had to throw mine out! I tried comparing ingredients list between the old and new and not only did they remove oils (I guess to make it vegan) but they also dropped the other oils down the ingredient list which means there’s less of it in there! A little suspicious, I don’t think the only change was making it vegan.

I opened my new jar of this and immediately knew something was wrong. The cream applied and feels different more waxy, sticky and doesn’t moisturize as well. They changed the formula and I will no longer be purchasing this unless it goes back to the regular version.

Probably loosing loyal customers in their droves. Maybe you are just not that bothered. … However, why don’t you just make two. 1: Original formula. 2: Vegan formula. Simples. Keep everybody happy.

The smell is different. I don’t like it. The cream is not as soft, thick and whipped feeling. Skin does not feel moisturized. Skin is drying out and breaking out. Probably all the alcohol type ingredients now in this! Will no longer purchase this new updated formula. Same raised price but now with cheap non-working ingredients. RIP original nivea soft :(

The recent formula change is heart breaking, it is not the same on the skin, it is extremely dry and does not last ! I gave it a chance, I waited to see if my skin would adjust and it has not. I have went on to try other lotions and nothing is the same. The old formula was hydrating and kept my skin feeling soft, especially through the winter months. PLEASE BRING IT BACK ! SO MANY PEOPLE MISS IT! Look at TikTok, look on Instagram. Bring back the OG formula your customers loved.
