Directions Adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision); 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. Children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor To Use: Push firmly down on cap and turn counter clockwise. To spray, squeeze bottle quickly and firmly. Q: The last one of these I bought no longer seems to have the menthol in it. is this how its going to be from now on?

A: FYI found the spray in the previous pump version, perforated packaging, same active ingredient, with it without menthol at Kroger. Woohoo!!!! Sorry Target you messed this product up
submitted bySunny - 8 months agoA: The no-drip nasal spray severe congestion advertised on Target.com has a NDC of 11673-935-10, has menthol in it. The order of nasal sprays that I instead received was NDC 13709-315-01, no menthol it.

Q: The bottle is very hard to open if you have big hands like me, as I can't hold the tiny flanges and also grab the tip and twist. Also hard to spray with tiny flanges. Will there be a redesign?

This spray comes out in the exact dosage needed to clear my sinuses within minutes. Better in my opinion than the big names that can cost upwards of 3x. I buy several at a time for multiple locations, ie my car, desk, night stand, coffee table, home office... I like to stay ready!

I used this product for years and recently restocked with two bottles. The plastic is literally impossible to get off. It’s so tight and not perforated. I’d be able to get little cuticle nippers under the wrapper and the plastic is so think you can’t easily peel it in. One bottle I eventually got off and when you pump it, it gets stuck down after every spray so barely any comes out. I used to love this product and will prob still buy it bc the mist is the best thing. Afrin literally just doesn’t work. I miss the old product. And why was it out of stock for months this fall?! Hopefully to the change the design

Let me preface this by saying that in general I really like Target's pharmacy store brand. Not this one. 1.) The plastic wrap is difficult to remove, even with good sharp scissors. Annoying design. 2.) The pump frequently malfunctions. The directions say 2-3 sprays in each nostril, and it generally takes about 90 seconds of fiddling to get each spray out. Ridiculous. 3.) This one is weird, but after use (even with just ONE spray per nostril) I get about 30 minutes of a stinging, burning sensation. This has never happened to me with the name brand or with the store brand for two Target competitors I have used. It's all the same ingredients, so that's puzzling. BOTTOM LINE: I am giving 2 stars because it does work; congestion clears up. However I removed 3 stars because the time, frustration, and physical discomfort are soooo not worth saving $3. Rethink this product.

Bottle sprayer breaks making it a waste and difficult to use. The internal cap rotates around and jams up, which means you have to fight to get the spray in your nose. Not the first bottle to do so, thought it was operator error. It was not, its the bottle design. Good luck

They changed the bottle and now the quality has gone down hill. It used to spray so easily and now it might spray maybe every few attempts. The top gets stuck down, it doesn’t spray a full spray each time, and when you get down to the end, it leaves SO MUCH medicine to go to waste. Awful product quality. Will not buy this again unless they fix the bottle.
