This is the very best decongestant I’ve ever used. I bought this since I’m breastfeeding and couldn’t take an oral cold medicine. I think this medication works really well but I’m lowering the stars because this safety seal is ridiculous. There’s no tear in it to pull it off. I’ve been trying for like 5 minutes and had to literally ask my husband for help. There’s no reason it should be this difficult.

I have tried so many different nasal/congestion/phlem medecine (in the form of pills or liquid) in the past with no relief. This is the only one that works for me. My nose was entirely blocked and I needed to breathe through my mouth, which was causing a severe headache. I sprayed 2 short,quick sprays in each nostril. My nose instantly felt un-blocked and I could easily breathe through my nose. It did not burn or smell like anything. My headache quickly went away too! I could go along with my life instantly and did not need to think about it. It seemed to work about 8-10 hours for me. I would 100% recommend this product!

Helps with tremendous relief however it can be addictive DO NOT overuse! Rebound affect is awful.

for years i’ve experienced excruciating ear pain during airplane landings and hearing loss for a few days after a flight. i tried everything to help it…pain meds, chewing gum, and earplanes. i saw someone say their doctor recommended afrin and i tried it for the first time when i flew last weekend. it was a game changer for me!! NO ear pain and NO hearing loss. i was so happy and will never travel without it :)

This nasal spray WORKS. Definitely follow the instructions, but I keep a bottle on hand for those times when my daily spray can't cut it.

Why is there menthol in this? I would rather pack my sinuses with broken glass than put menthol in them. Not listed in big enough letters or high up enough on the label to readily catch it. Opened the box and not the seal and now can't return. More wastes of money for company's pockets.

Don't like this at all there's a lot more cleaner options on the market

This product works but it makes the problem worse after three days of using it. I am a victim of its addictiveness.

Our household has this all the time. It is very effective for fighting off colds and clogged nose. It is a must have especially when someone in the family has colds.

Yes, the product does work BUT it can be addictive so try not to become very dependent of it or you’ll develop something called rhinitis.

i have never ever found a nasal spray that worked. literally every single one i’ve tried hasn’t done anything for me. i went digging through my mom’s medicine cabinet and found this one. and it was like i had shoved vick’s up my nose when i sprayed it. my nose was beyond clogged that i couldn’t breathe. and after taking like 10 deep breaths, its honestly almost clear. i HIGHLY recommend this nasal spray over anything else.

Cleared my congestion in one use. I had never used nasal sprays before but will keep this one in hand!

i’ve always hated nasal spray until i used this. have instant relief that last all day. no need for constant spray.
