Doesn’t upset your stomach or give you the “burps”. Overall a great product that I have been taking for several years now. The extra cost is worth it compared to cheaper brands.

There's enough DHA to actually do some good and balance omega 6 and other fats. I like that Nordic Naturals gives you a choice to pause the order for a few weeks. I was using up my different brand, so postponing the order worked for me.

My eye doctor recommended I take this specific supplement. I trust him so I began taking it right away. Excellent results.

I have been buying the Ultimate Omega for about a year & love that I don’t burp a fishy taste but this bottle I got about 1/2 way on & they were all clumped together. Had to cut into the bottle to even get one out. If it happens again I’ll be forced to switch. Can’t waste that kind of money.

While this brand seems to have the ingredients- wasted money every time I order. Capsules arrive in hard clumps, obviously some leaked. Impossible to break apart without breaking some capsules. So many complaints about this issue yet hasn’t been resolved.

This is a great product. When is Nordic going to get Omega on the "FSA eligible" list? Thanks.

Has there been a response to this issue from Nordic Naturals? Apparently others also experienced the capsules leaking and forming a large hard clump in the bottle. This bottle is the first time I've encountered this. I've been taking Nordic Naturals for several years. Between trying to get the capsules separated to get them out and touching the leaking capsules, fish oil - I may be looking for another brand.

Cost effective, high dose EPA and DHA with no fishy burps. The capsule size may be problematic for some people but it's a trade-off for the convenience of the capsule over a liquid.

all soft gels are stuck together, it is very difficult to take them out of the bottle and when I tried with a spoon, one of them broke and oil spilled all around. For the price I was expecting more than this.

I bought this product recently. Enjoy the benefits. Only gave it four stars because a lot of the capsules are stuck together and had to get apart.

I was listening to a running-centric podcast and they interviewed a coach who recommended this brand/product. Although some supplements are difficult to quantify their effects (i.e., possible placebo effect), with this product I noticed a positive difference after about 2 weeks in my heart rate at a given pace. I'm in the midst of summer and I normally don't see this kind of low heart rate for the given pace until winter when it's much colder. I've done the research and apparently products with a good amount of Omega 3 can have a positive impact on VO2 max. And clearly this is a good product for me to see sustainable benefits as I've seen a running performance increase now for the past three months. As a side note, while I did see benefits with the recommended two capsule dose, I'm currently taking three capsules as research has shown roughly 3000 mgs of omega 3 is beneficial for endurance athletes. I've seen a mild benefit using the increased dose (roughly 2-3 beats per minute lower for the effort as compared to two capsules).

I love this fish oil brand. No aftertaste, no fish burps. The capsules stick together in one huge clump, though, and are so hard to get out of the container. Can you consider placing them in a smaller bottle?

I’ve kept this product in an air conditioned closet and the capsules are all stuck together. I have to take something to break them apart.
