Tried several brands and this is the only one I trust for pure and responsibley sourced ingredients. It’s also 3rd party tested. I take these every other day for an energy boost and to supplement any vitamins I may be lacking from a gluten-free diet

If you have sensitive stomach don't buy it. I tried 3 times but just make me sick, My stomach get irritated and provoked vomit.I love Nordic Nature products but this one it is really strong for me.

Vitamin B Complex is not like the "B50" supplements that many companies sell. The different B vitamins are more balanced, are present in smaller amounts, and the capsule is smaller and easier to swallow. The product is also certified Vegan and non-GMO. With the "B50" versions, a lot of the vitamins just pass in the urine.

Not sure I care for the Vitamin B, not complex enough. Didn't notice any extra energy and turned pee yellow so thinking it is not absorbing in system.
