A: Hello, The Nordic Ware Extra Large Oven Crisp Baking Tray features an encapsulated galvanized steel rim to prevent warping. General maximum temperature recommendation is 500°F for the pan. Note, the Oven-Safe Nonstick Grid has a 400°F maximum temperature recommendation. The pan without the rack is safe to use and will perform at higher temps. Oil can become permanently baked onto pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina.
