Q: Can you use it under the broiler?

A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware including the Natural Aluminum Commercial Bakers Big Sheet is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. Oil can become permanently baked on to pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. Please Note: the Naturals NONstick bakeware (bakeware that has a non stick coating applied) have a maximum temperature recommendation of 400 degrees. Q: What is the difference between this commercial cookie sheet and the Nordic Ware naturals jumbo cookie sheet? The description and size are the same except for the word commercial. Yet, the commercial sheet is about $5.00 more.

A: Hello, We only make one type Naturals Aluminum Baking Sheets~ and there is only one Big Sheet, baking sheet. They are used by professional/commercial bakeries and food service industries as well as by consumers. The two descriptions you are giving are for the exact same baking sheet. I love this sheet! It's big, light-weighted and easy to clean. What's more it's made in USA. We used to spill cooking all the time, not any more with this big sheet. I actually liked it so much that I bought second one that goes to the bottom of the oven to catch anything from cooking to keep bottom of the oven clean. Highly recommend!!
