A: Thank you for responding. Glad it works with Dutch Babies. Each varying Dutch Baby recipe requires a different and proper vessel. I think I may get this pan!

Q: Can you bake a pizza in this pan?

A: Hello, We have not tested baking pizza in a 9 inch round cake pan. A deep dish pizza would likely work, however you would want to use a two barrier greasing method. Like shortening and fine corn meal. June- Nordic Ware Consumer Service.

Q: I ordered 2 of these and they both came with black streaks down the entire inside wall. Is this expected/ normal for a brand new aluminum pan? I haven’t seen streaks in other aluminum pans that I’ve looked at at different stores.

A: Hello, The Naturals 9" Round Cake Pan does not have a a coating applied. We recommend greasing and flouring the pan before adding the batter. You can use a solid vegetable shortening or butter and dust with flour or use a baking spray. Nordic Ware Customer Experience

The pan feels good, it’s thick and sturdy. Unfortunately, even after I sprayed it with nonstick oil, my cake still stuck. I rebaked, thinking maybe I didn’t spray it well but it got stuck a second time. :(

I love these cake pans! After doing a nice even coat of butter and flouring my pans, I'm guaranteed beautiful, leveled cakes. They're deep and haven't rusted even after using them for a whole year now.

The pan measures 9.5 inch, not 9 inch. After pouring the batter in, the cake looked so small/flat. So took out a measuring tape and it’s 9.5”

I just bought my third pan!. These are hands down the best cake pans I own. Since they are not nonstick, I use parchment paper to line the bottom. They are well make and sturdy without being too heavy. I do own Fat Daddio's aluminum cake pans and they are rough. These Nordic ware cake pans have a smooth finish.
