Q: I accidentally melted my lid because I did not check my oven before preheating it. Is it possible to just purchase the lid and not the aluminum pan? I already have half-sheet pans from Nordic Ware!

Q: WHAT IS TEMPUTURE WANT TO USE IN TOASTER OVEN?

A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware including the Compact Oven Crisping Sheet is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. Oil can become permanently baked on to pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. Please Note: the Naturals NONstick bakeware (bakeware that has a non stick coating applied) have a maximum temperature recommendation of 400 degrees.
