Q: Is this dishwasher safe?

A: Hello Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm soapy water. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the heat and cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling. Oil can become permanently baked onto pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. Q: This pan must only be to bake a whole large pizza. I tried warming up my left over pizza on it, at low heat, 225 degrees, & I had a mess. The cheese ran through the holes & burned bottom of oven.

A: Hello, Sorry to hear of the mishap. The holes are intended to allow direct heat for a crisper crust. When heating a full pizza the edges of the pan do not have holes for stray cheese to escape. Q: Can I slice up my pizza while it's in the pan? In other words will it damage the aluminum? Markings or otherwise?

Messed up and put one in the dishwasher - big mistake on my end. Not the manufacturer’s fault since I forgot to check if they were dishwasher safe. Perfect for baking pizza though.

The pan is okay, but not much better than just your regular round cookie sheet/pan. What I like most about it is the fact that it doesn’t have a harsh edge like most pans the edge just comes up to a gentle colors. My pizzas cook okay when using this pan, but it does not give a good crisp on the bottom of the pizza. Which is the whole point of using this pan. The only way I can get my pizza crust brown when using this pan is if I park cook the crust on the pan before I add my toppings, otherwise the dough is cooked but not browned. Interestingly, the dough along the edges where there are not holes tends to be “crispier” on the bottom and the dough closer towards the center where there are holes. Personally, I rub the pan with a light amount of olive oil before I cook my pizzas on it and I have zero problems with sticking. I have noticed that after only 3 uses my pan has begun warping and is no longer completely flat. Lastly, the pictures for this item need to be changed. The only thing you get is the crisper pan with the holes, it does not come with the flat pan as well. The description also does not adequately clarify that this is one single crisper pan and not a two piece set. Overall, I would not purchase this again, and suggest just getting a pizza stone, which is only a couple dollars more.

This is a terrible pizza pan. We have tried it a few times and each time the crust does not cook in the center and is pretty raw while the rest of the pizza cooks. The first time we used it we could not get any of the pizzas off the pan. Do not buy this at all. It’s the worst thing I’ve bought at Target.

Like other reviewers said, the pizza stuck to the pan and we had to pry it off. Using parchment paper is probably a better alternative if you use this pan. It also scratched very easily.

I purchased two Nordic Ware pans. One normal semi deep and rectangle, and this one. I was preparing two different pizzas and about to use this. I already made a pizza in the other. When I went to oil this one, dark grey was coming off on my paper towel. I freaked out and thought I didn’t wash them correctly, while the other already had a beautifully made pie in it, ready to go in the oven. I was trying to figure out how to take the raw pizza out without ruining it. I washed this one twice. Lots of soap. Using a sponge. Then went to oil again and the dark gray was rubbing off still. I immediately stopped using it and put it back in the Target bag to return. Then whilst freaking out over the other, I rubbed the pan the other pie was in already. Nothing came off. I felt some relief and cooked that pie, but this one, something is wrong. I do not know what’s rubbing off, but I’m not about to serve or eat it.
