I was a little overwhelmed with assembling the machine. I had a friend that had recently assembled a different machine and he mentioned there were a couple of pain points with assembly, but this was quite easy. I wish the assembly instructions were labeled better or a bit more detailed, however, considering I am horrible at assembling things, this went very smooth. The treadmill functions properly, easy to use, and easy to store. With the strut, I'm able to quickly lift it and throw a mattress in my work out room when I have guests. Screen and workouts are a very cool feature. Music and sound quality was actually surprising. Had to turn the music down at one point. Functionality of turning the music down and the workout instructor up, or vice versa is pretty sleek. Very impressed with this machine both assembly and functionality. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

We purchased our machine in the last month. We had a great customer service experience both with the purchase and support after the sale. Customer service was responsive, helpful and quick to answer all our questions. The machine showed up on time and was relatively easy to assemble (I will warn you, it is heavy). Once we got it set up, everything synced right up and we were using the machine within minutes. It is made of quality materials (mostly metal with less plastic than other machines we checked out). The unit is very quiet (especially the incline/decline feature) changing speeds and elevation quickly. We have about a dozen workouts on the unit and are very pleased. We would highly recommend this product and Nordictrack for their customer service.

I recently got this treadmill, and I must say I'm impressed! The sleek design adds a modern touch to my home gym. Assembly was a breeze, and I love that it folds up neatly for storage. The touch screen console is adjustable and stable, minimizing screen shake. The incline/decline feature operates silently, and the airflow kept me cool during my workout. iFit is a nice bonus, but it's not necessary. Overall, a fantastic product. I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest feedback.

Shipping, although a day late due to the delivery truck breaking down, was really fast. I ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered and up by Thursday night. I chose to have someone set it up for me. They were here 40 mins and it was all set. I love the quietness of this machine as well as the sturdiness. The screen is huge and it turns and tilts for strength training. I also love the iFIT program. The trainers are awesome and I was able to set the program to my personal goals. My husband was also able to have his own acct under the iFIT subscription. It’s an amazing machine and I’m so glad I bought it. I’ve only had it for 1 full week but no complaints from me at this time!!

The iFIT subscription workouts are so much fun and I love that the speed and incline adjust automatically to match the terrain of the workout on the screen. My only complaint is that there is nowhere to set a phone or tablet to watch if you don’t want to use the iFIT workouts. I’ve had a handful of treadmills now and this has been my favorite so far. It’s really steady when running, even with the incline up. I’m used to having to stuff a towel in the water bottle holder to keep my water bottle from clinking around, but not on this! The fan is also really strong, which is nice. The one thing I wish is that there was a ledge for a phone or iPad to watch something on.

First and foremost, let me say that the treadmill is great! My wife and I love the guided runs in other countries. It's great scenery and even better motivation. The treadmill is rock solid and we haven't had any issues. We just renewed our ifit membership with Christian and he was awesome. Great customer service and a swift transaction! So I have been using this for about a month. At first I was skeptical but have to admit this has helped encourage me to work out. C2 The iFIT has help keep me motivated and I’m actually starting to look forward to my afternoon work outs. The machine works great. One small critique is the way i have to shut off and start. It’s a switch vice the way you would turn on and off a computer. If your serious about working out this will work for you.

This machine has connection issues daily. It can be next to items like tablets and laptops that have a great WiFi connection but it won't connect. I am forced to hot spot the Internet from my phone to use the treadmill. Also, there are no free/basic classes on the treadmill like every other treadmill brand. You can only use the treadmill in manual mode in a track view if you don't have a subscription.

Great treadmill. Quiet, great to run on. A few things to note, the heart rate tracking and auto adjusting of speed, incline etc is game changing. Apparently, I’ve been working out wrong for years, especially when it comes to building a strong cardio base. You can either buy the Nordictrack heart rate monitor, or download an app and use your Apple Watch. One annoyance was that the Apple Watch wasn’t standard, you have to buy an app called echo to act as an intermediary. Otherwise I love the machine and surprisingly really like iFIT. The workouts with Tommy Rivs are the best! Start slow and let Tommy be your guide. I’ve been actively working on my Vo2 max and trying to improve it. This treadmill and the app has been great to work with!
