A: Gently hit the bottom of the candle on your hand a couple of times and the tube for the batteries will slide out

Q: The candles arrived with no instructions. How do you install the batteries?

A: You need to remove the metal tube at the center of the candle from the bottom, to turn on and off press the faux flame
