NOU High Porosity Leave-in Conditioner, For Coily Hair, 7.6 Fl. Oz

I’m biracial and have been searching for years to find products that would work for my hair and scalp. Too many products are too heavy, dries out my curls, leaves an icky film on my hair or the fragrances irritate my sensitive scalp as soon as it dries. Using this product, my curls are juicy, bouncy and my scalp isn’t irritated! The ONLY problem I have, is that my hair is so long and one bottle only lasts for 3 uses.

I brought this product 2 days ago 2 do a retwist on my locs I have very difficult hair,thin n the front,thick n the back and very sensitive scalp.so far hair is amazing and scalp is not flakn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product as a first time user my opinion is unbiased, intially I was skeptical about this product, I will say the smell is very strong but a nice scent. I put a dime size amount everyday and my hair has been more softer and pretty.

I bought this yesterday, washed my hair this morning, applied a generous amount of this product to brushed 4c hair and it feels like straw and lacks any luster. I’ll return it tomorrow. Ugggg

This conditioner amazed me instantly. My hair was tangled pretty bad after washing. After applying the conditioner to my still damp hair, I noticed that the tangles immediately started to loosen and within a couple of minutes an area that was completely tangled was 100% detangled. It cut my usual detangling process down to about 10 minutes from a usual 45 minutes - for the whole head. My hair also looks and feels so much more moisturized. I bought your line of high Porosity and joint porosity line and I like. My hair is really soft.

It is a leave in conditioner that you apply to the hair when it is damp. It does help moisturize your hair which allows your curls to look healthy and vibrant.

I did find this product slightly oily so if you have high oil levels in your hair use this product lightly. Great Leave-in product i would recomend to friends and family with long hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really hoping to like this product as much as I do the shampoo and conditioner however that just wasn't the case. I used this on both my daughter who has kinky coily hair and my son who has finer smoother coily. On my daughter it lacked the moisture she needed to keep her hair looking and feeling shiny and soft. On my son, it really weighed his hair down and immediately upon drying it frizzed right back up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner didn't work well for me as a leave-in but did work well for me as a rinse out conditioner. As a leave-in was a bit too heavy for me; while my hair felt soft it also felt somewhat greasy. Since my hair didn't absorb it well; you could see kind of a grayish cast on my strands. However as a rinse out this works well for me. Once I rub it through my wet hair I'm able to detangle my hair with no problems. I make sure there's a good amount of conditioner on my hair; comb through, let it sit for about 5 mins & rinse it out.

I use this leave in before doing a twist out, and it helps my twists stay very hydrated. I don't have to worry about the moisture escaping my hair so quickly anymore!

My curls look and feel better than ever and I'm in love with this mask. I like to apply it to my wet hair for about 3 minutes in the shower then rinse off. Its an animal cruelty free product and I highly recommend it.
