This kind of calcium was suggested to me by my chiropractor who uses "muscle testing in his practice. I've had muscle cramping in my thighs since about 14 years of age. I'm now 75. After taking this supplement for about 3 months, my cramps went away almost completely. Calcium lactate is very difficult to find, and I've been fortunate to find it available again on this site, as well as being very grateful. More people need to know about the benefits of this type of calcium.

I use the Calcium Lactate regularly. It helps relieve soreness and stiffness in my whole body. I feel it is an anti-inflammitory treatment and an aid to digestion. At 65 years, with a life of labor, I'm gratful to be able to have continued mobility and strength. Calcium Lactate has been well worth my investment. Better nights rest and more alert and active days.

Lactate is the best absorbable, and my wife actually tolerates it well, both in the method of delivery and that she muscle-tests well with it.

I had a difficult time locating a store which had this product available, so was thrilled when I found it at Swansons. It is an especially relaxing type of calcium, so I take it at bedtime and just love it.

I really like this product. The tablets are smaller than other brands and easy to swallow. They digest easiily too.
