A: I recommend contacting your provider first because some medical costs for products that assist breastfeeding parents are approved, but not all. Nursing and pumping bras, for example, are not covered. If approved, the FSA/HSA provider may ask for a letter from your doctor, and/or for something as simple as the itemized invoice for the purchase. Be Legendairy!

A: We usually suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days. Some women prefer to take a combo of products but the only downside to that is it makes it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing it for 7-10 days you have the option to combine them. Be Legendairy!

Liquid gold worked amazingly!! I was only making about 4oz a day and after a week I was up to 10oz! I tried the other two products and didn’t really see a huge difference and the liquid gold, as good as it worked, upset my baby’s tummy so bad BUT I paired it with Lechita from this brand and so far it’s worked wonders for her and no more tummy aches!!

The fennel in these made my baby extremely gassy, have bowel issues, and made her spit up and refuse my milk. While they boosted my supply, I wouldn’t recommend them. The milk boost isn’t worth my baby having pains.

Made my milk super FATTY and caused many CLOGGED DUCTS! I had to deal with mastitis for a month and gave me a clog after two doses. If you have fatty milk already then do not take!
