Great supplement to help joints stay mobile. A bit pricy but well worth the cost, especially if you suffer from arthritis. Not always easily found with all three ingredients but keep working at it, it's there.

This product is the reason I am standing up straight and walking without pain. I was bent over quite severely and in constant pain. After taking this medicine for nearly a month, I began to slowly straighten up. As I straightened, the pain diminished. We have I tried another product with the same strength of each of these ingredients. Within a few days I could not stand up completely straight and my pain was beginning to return. I threw that product away, started back on this NOW product, and soon was standing completely erect and painless. I am not switching any more. The quality is the difference!

I like the combination of all three ingredients - glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. Plus I like the generous amounts of these ingredients in each capsule. It’s not jut helpful for joints but also it is heart healthy as well.

In all my research I have found this product the best for helping my bones stay healthy as I age. I prefer the capsule to a pill and for the quality, the price is very good!
