Also love that these supplements include L-Proline, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Grape Seed Extract for a more complete formula. I have an injured knee that has bothered me since my late teens. Now in my thirties I'm really trying to make sure I do everything to support joint health. These are a great formula!

This is hindered my yoga practice and running as well. I have not tried hyaluronic acid before so this was my first time. I have heard good things and I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve really noticed a difference when I wake up in the morning after taking these. I just seem to be able to move better and I don’t feel as stiff. I Love how high-quality Now Products are and I definitely recommend this supplement.
