I especially love using it in my coffee and I love the delicious caramel taste it adds. This sugar also doesn’t cake up over time like other brands I’ve used. Highly recommended!

It looks like brown sugar but the texture is different. Its not as sticky. Flavorwise, it less sweet qnd thats what I like about it. You cannot go wrong with it in sweetness. I also feel like it taste more like jaggery than brown sugar, and hence add a little caramelized flavor when used in baking. I use it my tea, coffee and oatmeal, and everything taste realy good with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tested this sugar out in a variety of recipes ranging from oatmeal to cookies. It is a splendid brown sugar substitute. After using for a few weeks, I prefer the more nuanced flavor it has to regular brown sugar. It is a bit drier so you need to account for that when baking. Ally's Low Glycemic Index Cookies: 1 cup butter, 3/4 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup allulose baking blend, vanilla extract, 2 eggs - beat everything together. Add a bit of water or apple sauce if the mix is looking dry. In a separate bowl, 2 cups flour (can be gluten free) , 1/3 cup almond flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 cups chocolate chips (can be sugar free). Mix together and bake at 350 for 10 -12 minutes.
