Good quality product. Had been buying from a big box store that stopped carrying flax seed. The Piping Rock has a better consistency and costs less.

I bought this over a month ago because I heard that flax seed is important for overall health. This product is tolerated very well. I add it to my hot cereal in the morning one tablespoon. It makes it slightly thicker but I add more milk to thin the consistency a bit. I will continue to use this great product!

I like this flax seed because it dissolves very well in milk when I put it on my cereal. I wish, for the money, that the bag was 15 or 16 oz. It is only 12 oz.

Milled finer than many other brands makes it much easier to mix in with foods. Very good value in the price per once. Too bad the bag is not resealable like many other brands.

I love everything about this product. Great price! great product! I purchased other flax seed products that were not milled fine enough. Flaxseed is a very tough seed and hard to digest, so it's important for it to be milled very fine to make it easier to digest and assimilate.
