I like to make a big batch of it and keep it in a mason jar in my fridge. I also add a little bit of vanilla extract to it. No need for refrigeration and great for traveling or if you run out of regular milk, it's always available and easy to store. I've tried these in cooking as well and substituted for regular milk powder in recipes and they work really well.
