Although some of our essential oils do qualify as food-grade, federal regulations state that a food or dietary supplement intended for ingestion must bear Nutrition Facts (food) or Supplement Facts (supplements), plus all appropriate serving information for that declared use. Since our oils are intended for aromatherapy, we’ve chosen not to market our essential oils for internal use, so we cannot recommend using them internally, and we can’t label them for any use other than aromatherapy.

I love this oil and was happy when I received notification that it had been delivered. Unfortantely, the bottles were cracked and their was oil all over the packaging. I'm still wondering why they didn't ship them in a box. It should already been known that you cannot ship glass bottles in regular packaging because they aren't handled correctly and will break. It was a mess. There were pieces of glass and oil everywhere in the packaging. A complete waste and disappointment.

Since the government banned a lot of poisons, the rodent and insect population has exploded. Insects and rodents have checked out of my house since I've been running peppermint essential oil thru a Now diffuser and maintaining bate stations. We are poison and insecticide free now. These are safer methods than the old ways. By the way, a couple of years ago, I had clove oil injected into the bottom four feet of wood siding and floor beams. Instant results. I diffuse peppermint oil for insect free maintenance and pleasant aroma.

I really like the value of the Now peppermint oil. I blew through a 4 oz bottle very fast putting out something to deter mice. So I decided to bite the bullet & get the 16 oz bottle. Well, I'm here to tell you to beware of the 16 oz bottle. It's not a great deal when the reducer is faulty. I went to put some drops in something and the oil gushed out from under the reducer. I have tried pushing the reducer down better, but it does not move. I guess I'll grab a funnel & pour oil into my 4 oz bottle a bit at a time.

The peppermint oil itself is great but the packaging for shipping is not good at all. The bottles tip over due to inadequate padding and the oil leaks out. I had two bottles replaced due to leakage, I just gave up on the last one and accepted the leaked bottle. The mailbox smelled good but I was out the oil that leaked into the box.

I love this product and having been using it you years. I mix it with olive and it really helps with arthritis. We live on coast so putting on knees before a walk is excellent.

This is a Great peppermint oil. For me , I’m able to apply it full strength in dots and it keep me cool in the hot florida summer heat. or applying it to soles of feet, Some people cannot handle it straight though but it’s what works for me.

I mix the peppermint oil with hot water and spray cabinets. 3/4 cup of water and 10 drops of oil in a spray bottle. Bugs hate the smell and leave. The peppermint smell is refreshing as air freshener as a bonus. I then spray a line of repellent around the edge of the cabinet to kill what evacuates overnight. The peppermint is ok for humans and animals to touch and eat, so no washing of items and dishes on the shelves is required, only washing off the line of nasty bug repellent. If I had used bug spray I would have had to wash all the dishes, but spraying with peppermint oil chases any bugs out and prevents them from coming back because they hate the smell. I respray peppermint mixture once a month (not always the killing line). I suppose I could also use it in frosting or something, but I read to use peppermint oil to repel insects and it seems to work. Peppermint is also said to be good in warm tea as a stomach settler, but again, I only use it for bugs.
