Zinc Picolinate 50mg by Now Foods - 120 Capsule

I’ve been taking zinc 50mg for 35 years along with the other antioxidants. I also exercise. I’m turning 75 and I have the organs as someone half my age. Zinc gets a lot of credit for that.

Zinc needs an ionophore to help it enter cells. It should be formulated with one so you don’t have to also take quercitin or hydroxychloroquine for that purpose. If you take zinc without a helper, it is not very effective.

They small like rancid oil. Date is good. Stored in dark room temp. pantry. Have not noticed any ill affects. Do they always smell bad?
